When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash). If you sign in via GitHub, we collect your GitHub user ID, display name, and avatar URL. We also collect usage data such as workflow execution logs, API call metadata, and cost tracking information.
We use the information to provide and improve the Stevora platform, authenticate your identity, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g., password resets), and monitor platform health and performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All connections use TLS encryption. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
We use the following third-party services: Razorpay for payment processing, GitHub for OAuth authentication, Sentry for error tracking, and Langfuse for LLM observability. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing support@stevora.in.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
For questions about this privacy policy, contact us at support@stevora.in.
