Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The free plan does not require payment. You can use it indefinitely with no obligation. No refund applies to the free plan.

2. Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your first payment. After the 7-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. If you experience a service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using the platform for an extended period, contact us for a prorated credit.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@stevora.in with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time beyond the 7-day refund window.

6. Downgrades

You may downgrade from a paid plan to the free plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your data, but paid-plan features (team members, higher limits) will be restricted.
