By accessing or using Stevora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Stevora ("we", "us", "our").
Stevora provides a durable execution runtime for AI agent workflows. This includes workflow orchestration, LLM integration, cost tracking, human-in-the-loop approvals, and related developer tools accessible via API and web dashboard.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the platform for activities that could harm others; or exceed rate limits or abuse platform resources.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Razorpay. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly. We may impose rate limits or usage caps to ensure fair use of the platform. LLM API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and used only to execute your workflows.
You retain ownership of your workflow definitions, data, and content. We retain ownership of the Stevora platform, branding, and technology. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account via the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
